We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team in Bergen, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that solar systems are properly installed and functioning efficiently to meet the energy needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site assessments to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Install solar panels on roofs, ground mounts, or other designated areas using specialized tools and equipment
- Connect solar panels to electric systems, including wiring and inverters
- Test newly installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot any issues with existing solar systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations
- Keep accurate records of all installation activities and materials used

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in solar panel installation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in solar panel installation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Preference for candidates with visa sponsorship or existing work authorization in Norway

Salary: 1100$ per week
