Job Title: Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Bergen. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar photovoltaic systems according to industry standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and functioning efficiently
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or after installation
- Perform regular maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on rooftops or elevated areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Familiarity with solar panel manufacturers' specifications and installation instructions
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
