We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Bergen. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panels for both residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas
- Ensure proper positioning and angle of panels for maximum sunlight exposure
- Connect panels to electrical systems and test for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
