Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and driven Contract Architectural Designer to join our team in Bergen. As a Contract Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Assist with site visits and communicate with clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Work within project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on architectural projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Biometric passport
