Part-time Architecture Manager



We are currently seeking a Part-time Architecture Manager to join our team in Bergen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor and supervise junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
