We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional, efficient, and safe spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards to inform design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
