Senior Architect - Bergen, Norway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Oversee construction documentation and implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality control
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other related software
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for international candidates. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
