Temporary Driver in Bergen



We are seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Driver to join our team in Bergen. As a Temporary Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to designated locations within the city. This temporary position includes accommodation during the assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to transport goods or passengers
- Plan routes and follow schedules to ensure timely delivery/pick-up of goods or passengers
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary information
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients to coordinate deliveries/pick-ups

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a driver in a similar role
- Valid driver's license for the specific type of vehicle being operated
- Good knowledge of Bergen's roads and traffic patterns
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
