Driver Supervisor

We are searching for a reliable and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of drivers in Bergen, Norway. As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and passengers, as well as monitoring driver performance and maintaining vehicle maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
- Monitor driver performance, including punctuality, compliance with traffic laws, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Train new drivers on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers or customers promptly.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or management preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in Norway.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
