We are searching for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash and credit card payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area at all times
- Assist with price checks, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services offered in the store
- Upsell products by informing customers of current promotions or recommending additional items
- Monitor inventory levels of merchandise and inform management when stock is low

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a cashier is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Detail-oriented with strong math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: 1500$ per month
