Salary: $1400 per month

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs
- Create unique designs based on client preferences
- Source high-quality flowers and plants from local vendors
- Prepare flowers for arrangements by trimming stems, stripping leaves, and conditioning blooms
- Assemble arrangements using various techniques such as wiring, taping, and gluing
- Ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements to clients
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floristry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing floral arrangements
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Norway
