As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's food production, including menu development, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting. A solid understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques is essential, as well as the ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per week, as well as visa sponsorship for international candidates. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
