Seasonal Barista in Bergen, Norway


Our cozy coffee shop in the beautiful city of Bergen is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers, while providing exceptional customer service. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension, and comes with accommodation options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee drinks according to our menu
- Ensure all beverages are made to perfection and meet our quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid work permit for Norway (EU citizens preferred)
