Job Title: Experienced Barista in Bergen, Norway

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at a popular café in Bergen, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to our customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Greet and take orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other drinks according to customer preferences and company standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
