Job Title: Sales Representative


Our company is a leading retail company in Bergen, seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them
- Introduce and educate customers about our products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to adapt to different situations and handle challenges effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
