Executive Chef in Bergen, Norway


As an Executive Chef in our restaurant located in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and leading a team of talented chefs. You will need to have a passion for cooking and creating unique dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate your team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Train and develop kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Manage budget and control expenses related to the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also following recipes accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding food experiences to customers

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. The final salary will be based on your experience level.
