Construction Manager


As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Bergen. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all phases of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain necessary materials and services
- Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and laborers
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen city. However, candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate will also be considered.
