Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Bergen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Procure materials and equipment needed for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, changes, and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Strong leadership skills
