Experienced Construction Manager in Bergen, Norway


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes and procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Procore is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
