Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Bergen, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month
