Office Assistant - Entry Level (Bergen, Norway)

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Bergen, Norway. This is an entry level position ideal for someone without prior experience, as we will provide on-the-job training. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes tasks such as organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing phone calls and emails, and assisting with basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation if needed. Non-EU candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.
