As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating eye-catching displays and maintaining stock levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are replenished in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies to increase sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement and presentation is up to standard
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements
- Participate in promotional events and assist with setting up displays
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, relevant education or experience preferred
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically able to lift and move heavy items
- Knowledge of current fashion trends is an asset
