Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed company targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team goals
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the [industry/field] industry
