Junior Sales Manager
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the city of Bergen. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and meet company targets. This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the sales industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1400$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Bergen, Norway. Free visa sponsorship and ticket will be provided for non-Norwegian candidates.
