Land Surveyor Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor Technician to join our team in Bergen. As a contract position, this role offers a competitive salary of $900 per week. This job is suitable for men with experience in the field of land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyzing data and creating accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to determine project requirements
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintaining and calibrating surveying equipment
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian language proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
