Entry-Level Baker

As an entry-level Baker, you will assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No experience is required for this role, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker with all aspects of the baking process, including mixing ingredients, shaping dough, proofing, and baking
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality of baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Learn new techniques and skills from experienced bakers

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds
