Caregiver for Elderly in Bergen, Norway


Our elderly care facility in Bergen, Norway is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing care for the elderly, possess a biometric passport, and be able to start immediately for urgent jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for our residents
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our residents
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a caregiver for the elderly is required
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be able to obtain one quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Compassionate nature and patience when dealing with the elderly
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug test

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
