Part-Time Administrator
City: Bergen, Norway
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents and reports.
- Keep track of office supplies and order new supplies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy access.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing expenses.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide support as needed.
- Handle any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Norway.
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
