Part Time Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in the beautiful city of Bergen. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. This position is open to individuals without experience, as we are willing to provide training. Accommodation can also be provided, if needed.

As a Part Time Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records. You will also assist with organizing meetings and events, as well as completing any necessary paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with event planning and logistics
- Completing administrative paperwork such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
