Administrator - Bergen, Norway
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This is a full-time position based in Bergen, Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Support HR tasks including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other forms of communication in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
