Job Title: Sales Representative - Bergen, Norway
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential and existing customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls, emails or in-person meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer information, and activity logs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory (if required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month with the possibility of commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates.
