Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
