Office Manager - Bergen, Norway

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments. Your duties will include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining office records, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and fluency in Norwegian is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month and accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
