Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at a luxury hotel in Bergen. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation. No prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel and local area, including recommendations for restaurants, tourist attractions, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
- Assist with arranging reservations for activities or services requested by guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times
Requirements:
