Job Title: IT Manager



We are searching for an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Alta. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all information technology systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing support as needed.
- Ensure all hardware, software, and network equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, providing timely solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new technology projects.
- Monitor IT budget and make strategic recommendations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in managing information technology systems.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.

Salary: 1100$ per month
