As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month, with the added bonus of a free visa and ticket for those willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, databases, and security protocols
- Ensure the security of all data and information systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for software, equipment, and technical support services
- Train employees on new hardware or software systems as needed
- Oversee the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and security protocols
- Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
