Job Title: Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers with computer-related issues. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Educate customers on basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Document all support activities and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours during weekdays and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.
