Data Analyst - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Alta. As an entry level member of our data analysis department, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify patterns, trends and correlations within the data
- Create reports, visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Regularly monitor data integrity and quality control processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical software (such as R or Python)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience using Tableau or other visualization tools
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Understanding of database management principles
