As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex data-driven problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and implement solutions that drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical modeling, programming languages, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop scalable and efficient algorithms
- Analyze large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop predictive models for various use cases such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and demand forecasting
- Work closely with product teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in building machine learning models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP is preferred

Salary: $1000/month in Alta (negotiable based on experience)
