PHP Developer

We are in search of a skilled PHP Developer to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications and websites using the PHP programming language. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of our web applications while working closely with the design and development teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using the PHP programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test and deploy new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing codebase.
- Ensure high performance, reliability and scalability of web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PHP server-side programming language.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience working with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Alta, Norway (accommodation provided)
