QA Engineer



As a QA Engineer in our software development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute test cases to identify potential issues or bugs in our software before it is released to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases based on functional requirements
- Identify, report, and track software defects
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure all reported issues have been resolved
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Communicate test results and progress to the project team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools is preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. However, we are open to remote candidates who are willing to relocate for this opportunity.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.
