Python Developer


We are hiring a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for various applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with Python, Django, and other related frameworks. You must have a strong understanding of software development principles and be able to work independently and within a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have a biometric passport for eligibility to work in Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient Python code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code to ensure high-quality performance
- Write test cases to ensure code coverage and maintain code quality
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven working experience as a Python Developer
- Strong experience with Python, Django framework, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web servers (Apache/Nginx)
- Understanding of software development principles such as OOP and design patterns
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end development using React or AngularJS
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
