Software Developer


We are hiring a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software applications according to client needs. Your duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements, writing efficient code, and debugging and troubleshooting software issues. You should have a strong understanding of programming languages and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills are key to success in this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze project requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Write clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
- Test and deploy applications as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms
- Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
