Contract Game Developer (Alta, Norway)

As a Contract Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating and developing engaging and innovative games for our company. We are looking for a highly creative individual with a passion for gaming and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position located in Alta, Norway, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality games from concept to release
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to create unique gaming experiences
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize game performance for different platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with game development tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, or other relevant languages
- Knowledge of game mechanics and design principles
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience developing mobile games
- Familiarity with 2D/3D art software such as Photoshop or Maya
- Knowledge of game monetization strategies
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date on the latest trends

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1400 per month.
