Part-Time Game Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Game Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Game Developer, you will work on developing and designing new games for our company. You will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative gameplay experiences that will captivate players. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop game concepts and ideas
- Design and develop new games from start to finish
- Implement game mechanics, systems, and features
- Create engaging and challenging gameplay experiences
- Conduct playtesting and gather feedback to improve games
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in game development
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize game performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of game development principles, design patterns, and algorithms
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date on industry trends

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with mobile game development
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation software such as Maya or Blender
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1100 per month.
