Game Developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Game Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing game features and mechanics. You will work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to create engaging and immersive gaming experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and implement game features and mechanics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality game development
- Write efficient and organized code
- Identify and fix bugs in existing code
- Optimize game performance for different platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Game Developer
- Proficiency in C++ or C#
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of game design principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passion for gaming and the gaming industry

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile game development
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g. Maya, Blender)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
