We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of the team
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to identify project requirements and allocate resources accordingly
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies for improving team efficiency and productivity
- Participate in recruitment processes and train new team members
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
