Teamlead Supervisor


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure that the team is following company policies and procedures
- Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, goals, and any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
