Part-Time Biometric Passport Project Manager
As a part-time biometric passport project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of biometric passport systems in the city of Alta. Your main duties will include creating project timelines, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of biometric passport systems
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Communicate project updates and milestones to all stakeholders
- Oversee budget allocations and ensure efficient use of resources
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Prepare reports for management on project progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Knowledge of biometric technology and passport systems is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $1600 per month. The working hours will be flexible, but occasional evening or weekend work may be required. This position is open to all nationalities.
