As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given budget and timeline. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. This is a contract job in Alta, Norway with free accommodation and visa assistance. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage resources, budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budget.
- Lead a team to successfully execute projects according to plan.
- Communicate project progress, issues and risks to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Alta, Norway.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 6 months.

Accommodation:
Free accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
